I first met Kearney, Brent and Aiden at Kinder Farm Park last year, when they came for my Limited Edition Fall sessions. We had so much fun together that we decided to extend the fun this year with a full family session at their beautiful home on the water in Annapolis, Maryland. I came to their home on a beautiful Thursday evening in early October. Kearney and Brent greeted me, wine glasses in hand, the perfect way to start a relaxed family session at home, and we chatted while following Aiden and exploring.
We started in a field, soaking up the warmth of the evening while the sun sank slowly behind the trees. Aiden is clearly adored by mom and dad, and he seemed to enjoy all of their love.
We ran and played, and there were lots of hugs to be had. And Aiden brought his little digger along to join us for all of it.
When we were done playing in the field, we made our way to the front steps of their home. I love doing family photos at home because they are generally more relaxed, but also because home is where you are raising your family and it makes a beautifully unique backdrop in that way.
Living on the water, Kearney and Brent have beautiful views as the sun sets. We took a walk out on their dock and enjoyed the pinks and blues that colored the sky.
And we ended their session with a few photos in front of the house. They have such a beautiful home and family.
